What the file descriptions mean

Original DICOM comes directly from the hospital platform. Reconstructed DICOM is organized from the imaging data the platform provides. Converted DICOM contains images displayed on the hospital website and cannot replace original imaging. The entry and your download will identify the source.

Report availability follows the hospital share. PDFs prepared from report images or report content are identified separately from the hospital's original PDF.
