Recognizing an M-Viewer or DVNA sharing entry

The entry commonly arrives by hospital message, QR code, or mobile sharing page and opens an examination, series list, or image viewer. Some entries open directly, while others request a patient name, phone detail, or final identity digits.

Enter only information explicitly requested by the hospital page. Verification rules from another hospital must not be reused.

DICOM download steps

1. Confirm that the authorized link still opens in a standard browser.
2. Submit that exact link on the download page so the hospital entry and sharing entry can be identified.
3. If the hospital requests verification, provide only the matching field.
4. When processing completes, download and extract the study before opening it in a DICOM viewer or giving it to a doctor.

Possible deliverables

Supported entries identify platform-original DICOM, DICOM reconstructed from platform pixels and medical tags, or DICOM converted from full-size web display images. The current entry for the East Branch of the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province provides DICOM converted from web display images. Current entries for Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University and Huaibei People's Hospital also provide converted display-image files, with original hospital report images and PDFs containing those images.

Report delivery depends on whether the hospital share exposes a PDF, image, or structured report for that examination.

• The sharing link has expired.
• The submitted verification field does not match the hospital page.
• The viewer opens but the study has been withdrawn or is incomplete.
• The hospital has changed its M-Viewer, DVNA, or short-link flow.
• The entry is restricted to a hospital app or mini program and has no browser sharing entry.

Does every hospital using Neusoft M-Viewer support direct download?

Support is confirmed for each hospital sharing entry. Versions, sharing paths, and patient verification vary, and entries that pass sharing entry and delivery checks are listed in the supported directory.

Will the result always be source DICOM?

The sharing entry determines whether the files are platform-original DICOM, reconstructed from platform pixels and medical tags, or converted from web display images. The delivery identifies that source.

Do I need to provide an identity number or phone number?

Only when the hospital sharing page explicitly requests a specific field, and only that requested portion should be submitted.
