Prepare the share and select the examination

  1. Open the hospital share in a standard browser and confirm that it still shows the examination.
  2. Copy the complete link to the download page, or choose “Upload QR code” and select the clear original QR image.
  3. Check the recognized hospital and complete the fields shown for this share. If multiple examinations are offered, select the examinations you need.
  4. Confirm the displayed price and available credit, redemption-code or payment option, then submit.
  5. Follow the task status and save the complete imaging archive, available report and source description during the retrieval period.

Shares with a password or retrieval code

  1. Obtain the password or retrieval code from the person who shared the examination.
  2. Recognize the complete link on the download page.
  3. Enter the code in the displayed sharing-password or retrieval-code field, then continue.

Shares with patient identity or registered-phone verification

  1. Recognize the link and read the displayed identity or registered-phone label.
  2. Enter the requested part of the hospital-registered information, preserving leading zeroes and an identity-number X where applicable.
  3. Complete that verification and continue with the same examination.

The hospital-registered phone field refers to the number used for the hospital visit. Follow the fields currently displayed for your share.

Choose one of the offered identity-verification methods

  1. Recognize the sharing link.
  2. Choose either the final six identity-number characters or the final six digits of the phone number registered with the hospital.
  3. Enter the selected value and continue. The form indicates that these are alternative verification methods.

Six-digit SMS verification

  1. Submit the complete authorized hospital link.
  2. Open hospital verification on the original request and select “Get six-digit code”.
  3. Enter the six digits received on the phone registered with the hospital; the same request continues after verification.
  4. Wait for the displayed cooldown before requesting another code. Reopening the task does not send a message.

This entry does not request an identity number or your full phone number. Save the original DICOM archive and the PDF generated from the hospital report content.

Identity verification followed by an image code

  1. Recognize the share and enter the final six identity-number characters requested by the form.
  2. After submitting, enter the characters shown in the hospital image-code challenge.
  3. If the image code or verification expires, open hospital verification on the original task, refresh the image and complete the new challenge.
  4. The original task continues after verification succeeds.

  1. Recognize the complete link and check the hospital identified for this share.
  2. Read the verification method displayed. It may request the final four registered-phone digits, final six identity-number characters, patient name or sharing password.
  3. Enter the information requested by that method. When no additional field is shown, continue directly.

Enter both the complete imaging number and patient name registered with the hospital, then submit and wait for the imaging and hospital PDF report to be prepared.

Registration number

Enter the complete registration number from the report, including leading zeros. Select the examinations you need when several are available.

Frequently asked questions

Can I submit a request if recognition or verification fails?

Yes. Add the hospital and examination details, a contact phone and any verification information requested by the hospital. Use a valid redemption code, account credits or complete payment as shown, then select Submit request. The request will await staff review.

Why can two shares from the same hospital request different details?

Direct examination links and short links can use different verification. Recognize the exact link and follow the fields displayed for it.

What should I do when an image code expires?

Open hospital verification on the original task, refresh the image and enter the new code. That task continues once verification succeeds.

How do I find instructions for another supported entry?
